Do you offer DOOR-TO-DOOR service?
Yes, We do offer Door-to-Door has long as the driver is not restricted by city law, narrow streets, low-hanging trees, speed bumps or tight turns.

What is DOOR-TO-DOOR service?
Door-to-Door means the auto shipping or car transport driver will get as close to your door as he can legally and safely get. Many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into some residential areas. Transport trucks are enormous and need lots of room to maneuver and turn around, so if access to your home is restricted by narrow streets, low-hanging trees, speed bumps or tight turns, the driver may ask that you meet the truck at a large parking lot nearby.

Is my vehicle going to be insured?
Yes, all carriers are fully insured to meet all State and Federal requirements. The transport driver will thoroughly inspect the vehicle at pick up and delivery. When your vehicle is delivered, it is your responsibility to inspect for any damage that may have occurred during transport. Document any damage on the Bill of Lading and obtain the driver's signature. The insurance company will not process claims if damages are not documented at the time of delivery.

How do I ship my vehicle?
Once you submit the required paperwork, and your deposit is received by A.D.M Auto Carrier , the transport of your vehicle will be scheduled according to the dates on your shipping order. After a truck has been assigned, you will receive a call from the driver or the terminal to schedule the pick up time and date. When the driver picks up your vehicle, he will do a detailed inspection of your vehicle on the Bill of Lading. You will both sign this form and you will receive a copy. The same Bill of Lading will be present on delivery so you can re-inspect the car. The driver should again call you in advance to schedule an approximate time for delivery. The transporter will take every precaution to deliver you vehicle without incident; however, if damage should occur, you must report this damage upon delivery on the Bill of Lading. It is important that you and the transport driver sign this document. Claims cannot be processed by our insurance company if damage is not noted at time of delivery.

How long does it take?
Depending to the distance of transportation. Get the driver's phone number at the pickup, or you can always track your order by calling us or the dispatcher of the transporting company. The best idea is to call the driver and track you car.

Do I have to be present when you pick up my vehicle?
Yes you will need to be presented at both sides pickup and delivery, if you can't show up, some body from your side has to be there and sign the bill of loading. Leaving you car in front of your house and hiding the key somewhere in the car and not showing up is not a good idea. Always show up in pickup and delivery. Leaving your car somewhere other than you pickup location is not recommended by A.D.M Auto Carrier.

Can I put my items in the vehicle?
Nither A.D.M Auto Carrier nor the transporter shall not be responsible for your belonging inside of the your car. You can place few items inside of the trunk not exceeding 100 LBS. Please do not leave your furniture inside of your car in order to move them along with your car.

How do I prepare my vehicle?
Secure or remove any loose parts or specialty items such as ground effects, spoilers, fog lights, or wide mirrors, and lower or remove the antenna, if possible. Repair or seal any tears or open seams on convertible tops to prevent fast-moving air from causing further damage. The radiator needs to have an adequate level of fresh anti-freeze to protect your vehicle from cold weather. Be sure that the battery is secure, has no leaks, and that the fluid levels are low enough to accommodate expansion. Leave only about a 1/4 tank of gas in the vehicle, as a full tank of gasoline adds a lot of costly weight to the transport. Deactivate anti-theft devices.

How do I pay?
A minimal pre-determined deposit is required for each vehicle to be transported after picking up your car by A.D.M Auto carrier. All major credit cards or certified funds. The remaining amount will be COD upon delivery of your vehicle. Upon delivery of your vehicle, drivers will only accept cash or certified funds made out to them for all COD's.
NOTE: For your protection, all credit card numbers are secure and safe with A.D.M Auto Carrier.
